just wen i have an essay due on wed my comp dies on me!!! ughhhhh i cant even start it!! im gonna have to go to it services and theyre gonna take fucking forever!! my have a learnt my lesson not to do last min work! i hope a miracle happens! i need my comp to work thru the night boohoo help. if u dun see me online poor janice is living without her comp her net. how can an overseas student go without her computer?? boohooboohooboohoo

janice has been very tired. with doing nothing. she has an essay due on wed and she'll start tmr. although its 3.55pm now. she's cookin chicken rice with chicken breast n brocolli with mushroom soup. haha im hungry la!

hopefully after i eat n shower n digest it'll be 7pm and ill be in bed. haha then ill wake up early next morning n start on my essay! what a good plan! :)

sigh ive been down. i think aunt ruby is on its way... oh well n im missing people :(

yesterday i went to watch pride n prejudice with kat n jan. how can i not watch an english classic in england eh? haha though its godamn expensive after conversion i thought it was a good movie. tho kiera knightley is definitely too thin, modern n pretty for her role. haha but o well romance is in the air... :)

ooh and the main reason im up is that its sheiba's 20th birthday!!! the whole flat was awake by 830 to pass her our card n gift! -see we all have different timetables, some cant make it at night n someone (namely kat, haha) has a 9 oclock lect. so all the other 6 of us (including the bd gal) had to be up to pass/receive prezz hehe. HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHEIBA!!! -she prob doesnt read this but i hope she has a fantastic day despite an essay due tmr poor girl..

oh i just love porridge

after liling taught me how to make them ive had em twice! and with each try it gets better!! haha and cos i like it all soft n smooth i boil it for longer- canto style!hmm~ hmm~ yum. and wen ure hungry oh yea it keeps u warm n full. to my fellow counterparts in canada go try it!! u have to have a lot tho or ull get hungry later. its not much rice but the water jus fills u up. hehe ive learnt how to make yummy porridge with all the ingredients!

just dump them in! as easy as 1 2 3! haha

i had mine with chinese leaf, crabmeat stick, prawn n egg the last time
this time waha its crabmeat stick, prawn n egg n sausage n chicken breast. ooh i tell u i made the tenderest chicken breast i love it!! wahah oh its all abt timing n skill! hahaha wahhhahaha its only porridge n im gloating. o well its not easy u know!

oh and im trying to master the art of cooking the best half-boiled egg yakun style. its damn freakin hard. all the time ive tried it its either come out too hard or too uncook i had to make omelette :( well wen i do ill let u know.. hmm hmm

ill be going to topsham (nearby town) with the psychology society to pub crawl!! apparently the have loads of pubs there and we'll be hopping from one to the other and at the final 10th pub we'll have our dinner! exciting eh?! haha ill update u guys n hopefully get some pics up :)

really looking forward to some drinkin! how can i miss out on the cheap alchohol here right? haha though ill be spoiling my healthy eating plan with kat for tmr i guess it isnt too bad once in a while! moreover i only had 1/2 a pint of stella (it is good wai, loving it) since ive been here so tmr here i come!!! wahahha

heyhey decided to put them up on the net since i have to show em to my parents so yeppy alls cool :):)

im finally at the end of my first academic week. and i must say tho its only the 1st week i can feel the stress of being a second year. oh well i hope to be able to start studying full gear later or during the weekend. and ive settled my timetable so alls cool. importantly ive also cleaned, tidied, unpacked and decorated my room so it looks nice and homey now. i shall take some pictures to show u soon :) hehe i kinda like life back here. busy with school and stuff- like grocery shopping and cooking! oh and i like my room now esp my bed! its like my cosy corner tho its a single bed whos complaining? haha.

though i mjiss my many friends family and special friend back home, i know ill be back soon in 2 months. its neither too long nor too short i feel and u cant enjoy ur hols unless u worked for it right so ive decided to do the right thing n start studying like i never had last year waha. i love singapore and i really miss the weather. its cool here but now i cant seem to get used to the cold. mauybe cos my hearts back home wahaha oh mushmush jan.

janice is back in her counterpart life so im gonna be updating my blog since im here now. i wanted to blog my last entry before i leave but i could not get in so too bad for me.

well im now at uni now waiting for class to start. everythings happening too quickly cos i came back on the 1st day of school so it sux. cos i had to travel, move and do alot of things in one day and shops here close damn early la. and i have to cook on my own but i haven had time to do so since i was back yest noon. kat and cam have bot the essentials like condiments and pots n plates.. all i gotta do is to get my groceries done later i hope.

my rooms pretty alright not fab like the new one its much older and i need to do cleaning and try make my room as comfy as possible or im gonna be miserable will take pics once im done. if anyone wants to write janice a nice slow mail can post it to me at:
